Parts Interpreter

What’s the job?

Working in our wholesale parts team, you’ll be.

• Supporting our dealer network, as the importer link between overseas supplier and dealer to end user.
• Fielding customer enquiries regarding replacement parts for machinery and using serial numbers to find relevant parts.
• Talking to customers that don’t have a serial number and asking the right questions to get enough information to find the right part.
• Selling parts to customers and arranging for delivery.
• Building relationships with overseas suppliers and ordering inventory.

We’re ready and motivated to welcome a new team member to support to our teams and customers for our agricultural/horticultural equipment range, which includes premium European brands such as AMAZONE and Väderstad.

What are we looking for?

• Experience working with parts catalogues or in inventory management, ideally in the automotive or farming sectors.
• A commitment to providing good customer service whilst managing customer expectations.
• A mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery and how it works.
• A background working with parts, inventory or stock management systems.
